ADDRESS

A NEW FIVE SHENTON WAY

V ON SHENTON’s place legacy began from this prime spot in the rhythmic heart of the new Marina Bay financial district, also known as Singapore’s Wall Street. Here, the former UIC building dominated the city’s skyline for years. Anticipating a new cultural economy, 5 Shenton Way is being transformed along with its surroundings. Exciting future plans include the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront in close proximity, and in the works, a direct underground connection to Shenton Way MRT.

  • 1973
The defining year for 5 Shenton Way. The 39-storey UIC Building, when it was first completed, stood as the tallest structure in the city-state.
  • 2011
The UIC Building undergoes redevelopment into a mixed-use project that comprises the UIC office tower and the V ON SHENTON residential tower.
  • 2017
The iconic V ON SHENTON obtains TOP in October. Adding a new paradigm to city living, it opens its doors to more than 400 new city-dwellers.
  • FUTURE
With more exciting developments underway, an underground link will directly connect V ON SHENTON to Downtown MRT, the future Shenton Way MRT and new lifestyle amenities along the way. Also highly anticipated is the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront in close proximity.

A NEW SPECTACULAR SIGHT

A column of light, space and greenery, V ON SHENTON is a 54-storey residential tower and part of a twin structure that also comprises the UIC office building. The residential tower’s daring metamorphic form completely changes the tune of the financial district, while retaining a hint of its former building's podium-and-tower architectural legacy.

For decades, the former UIC building had stood on 5 Shenton Way as a commanding monolithic landmark. Today, the new V ON SHENTON represents all the ideals and qualities of next-generation metropolitan living.

A NEW LEVEL OF CONNECTIVITY

Direct underground access links V ON SHENTON to Marina Bay Link Mall, Downtown MRT Station and the upcoming Shenton Way MRT Station (by 2021).

Within walking distance, the Raffles Place MRT Interchange Station and the Tanjong Pagar MRT Station provide even more extended accessibility.

Central Expressway (CTE), East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) offer seamless connectivity to all parts of the island.
