Exciting future plans include the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront in close proximity, and in the works, a direct underground connection to Shenton Way MRT.

A NEW SPECTACULAR SIGHT
A column of light, space and greenery, V ON SHENTON is a 54-storey residential tower and part of a twin structure that also comprises the UIC office building. The residential tower’s daring metamorphic form completely changes the tune of the financial district, while retaining a hint of its former building's podium-and-tower architectural legacy.
For decades, the former UIC building had stood on 5 Shenton Way as a commanding monolithic landmark. Today, the new V ON SHENTON represents all the ideals and qualities of next-generation metropolitan living.
A NEW LEVEL OF CONNECTIVITY
Direct underground access links V ON SHENTON to Marina Bay Link Mall, Downtown MRT Station and the upcoming Shenton Way MRT Station (by 2021).
Within walking distance, the Raffles Place MRT Interchange Station and the Tanjong Pagar MRT Station provide even more extended accessibility.
Central Expressway (CTE), East Coast Parkway (ECP) and Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) offer seamless connectivity to all parts of the island.
